School Clothes

Well... it's that time again... in some ways, I'm totally happy and in others.. sad, here we go again!

I've noticed something in the last 4 years or so.. Anyone with girls will hopfully agree with me.. prove I'm not just insane! Well.. I am, but you know... lol

Here is what I've noticed.. Demaree and Mara are my "chunky girls" and Allison... is my thin girl.. Now.. with Demaree and Mara I have to buy bigger sizes, even plus sizes, in pants mostly.. but I've noticed something about blouses/shirts.. they really aren't wider than the normal small, they only get LONGER!! Which really pisses me off.. so the medium, large, and x-large, just are longer than the small.. I have to find "stretchy" material. It really makes me mad.. Then if you shop for the plus size blouses, they look like pregnancy shirts and they are never as cute and not enough selections.. So we have to buy for my 11 year old the x-large.. just to make sure it won't shrink too much. In jeans, I have to buy her 1/2 sizes.. I bought her a pair of JC Penny jeans, Arizona Jeans.. they must run small because we were in the freaking 16 1/2 sizes.. HUGE, but the 14 1/2 was too small and the 18 1/2 WAY too big. So I bought the darker jean in the 16 1/2, just one. I would have bought more at $14.99 on sale.. but I was right to just buy one. I washed them... guess what.. she could barely get them up on her thighs!! wow... what a disappointment. We've always had good luck with the Wal Mart plus size jeans, but since these were on sale I thought oh well. I called JC Pennys, they will take them back, I have my reciept and all the little tags that I cut off of them.

This just pisses me off though...

Pamela
