Walking for Health

I forgot to address the exercise thing. I've been walking for about the last 2 weeks and its wonderful. I'm trying to walk at least 20 minutes every other day when I do. When my oldest daughter wants to take the carto school, I will go with her and she drops me off right before the High School, and I walk home, it takes 20 minutes, pretty cool. Me and Martin have been walking after dinner is all cleaned up, about 7:15 p.m. We get in a good 20 minutes there too.

Anyways, back to cooking dinner, lol
